Our Hiring Process
A clear path
to the airfield.
Answer every application question, update your resume before uploading it, and verify that your phone number and email address are correct.
Our team reviews your application and resume. Candidates who meet the initial qualifications may receive a brief phone screening and an invitation to interview.
Bring a copy of your resume, arrive on time, and bring two forms of identification. Airport identification requirements vary, and our team will help determine what is acceptable.
Qualified candidates receive an offer letter, complete onboarding forms, and submit fingerprint information to begin the airport badging process.
Airfield positions require a TSA lifetime criminal background check, a badging application, fingerprinting, and any airport required online or in person training.
After airport badge approval, we schedule employee orientation and your training start date.
